We understand that emergencies and sickness may occur and that you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Our provider’s time is also very valuable so we do adhere to a cancellation policy and appreciate your understanding with the below.
If you are unwell or unable to attend your appointment or class, please contact us on 0400 422 492 at your earliest ability to reschedule your booking to avoid cancellation charges.
For appointments: 24 hours notice must be provided for all appointment cancellations. Failure to attend an appointment without notification will incur a 100% charge.
For classes: 12 hours notice must be provided for all class cancellations. Failure to attend a class without notification will forfeit one visit on a prepaid class pass or incur a 100% charge.
Failure to provide adequate notice without reasoning of emergency or illness within the cancellation window will incur a cancellation fee as per our policy.
All recurring appointments will be charged at 100% fee for cancellations within 12 hours and 50% for cancellations within 24 hours that are not rebooked with the same provider within the same week.
